Tim Shultz - Arborist & Co-Founder
Tim has enjoyed the outdoors and nature all of his life. In 2007, he decided that his love of nature and specifically trees should be his full time occupation. His passion for helping trees thrive and his meticulous eye for detail, helps him when envisioning client's tree service needs. He lives in Cicero, IN, with his fiancé. His hobbies include biking, hiking, snow boarding & cooking.
Joe Shultz - Arborist & Co-Founder
Joe has 13+ years as a tree care expert. He is a true nature lover. When Joe isn't working doing tree services, he can be found teaching others about tree care, speaking at workshops, training future arborists, competing as a tree climber & even aerial rescues. Currently, Joe sits on the board for the Indiana Arborist Association (IAA). He grew up in Carmel, IN and currently lives in Westfield, IN with his wife & 3 rabbits.
Andy Shultz - Arborist
Andy has been working diligently with Nature's Canopy for several years. He is very good at discussing tree services you may need. He enjoys being outside and the beauty of nature. He enjoys making large format art. Andy resides in Carmel, IN.
Kyle Stevenson - Arborist
Kyle is a "jack of all trades". When he is not in a tree, he is moving around the site making sure that everyone is safe. He also has a passion working with cars, motors & almost anything mechanical. He is a huge asset to our team. Kyle currently resides in Hamilton County, Indiana.
Michael Myers - Arborist
Mike comes to Nature's Canopy from the eastern part of the United States. To hear him tell it, he decided to change career paths after watching a company perform tree services and thought it looked a lot more fun than sitting at a desk. Through family, he moved to Indiana, with his wife, daughter & new son. After intensive research he decided Nature’s Canopy was the only team of arborists he wanted to work with in Indiana. We are so happy that he joined our team. Mike enjoys spending time with his family & walks with his dog-Sprout.
Cody Oswald - Arborist/ tree health expert
Cody brings a back ground of tree disease treatment and prevention, after working for some of the larger corporate companies, he wanted to be able to provide tree health solutions that were more customized to the individual environment the tree exist. Cody has been active in the arborist community since graduating ball state with a chemistry and environmental management degree. He holds lots of certifications: TRAQ (tree risk assessment qualified), CTSP (certified tree safety professional), certified arborist, prescription pruning qualification, and licensed through the state chemist.
Cody spends his free time gardening and making wine.
Laura McCollum - Office Manager
Laura has been with Nature's Canopy since 2023. She brings a wealth of Administrative knowledge to the team. Laura keeps all of our jobs and communications organized. She lives in carmel with her husband Steve.
